NobleClean SF by Rezende LLC (“NobleClean,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on noblecleansf.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or message the founder, we collect what you enter: name, company, email, phone, city, facility type, cleaning frequency, and your message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, timestamps) in server logs. We may use privacy-respecting site analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
• Third-party embeds. Pages may load Google Fonts, the BBB accreditation seal, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms), and a Housecall Pro reviews widget. Those providers may set cookies or receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare and deliver an estimate.
• To provide, schedule, and invoice cleaning services if you become a client.
• To communicate with you about your request by phone, email, or text message (see Text messages below).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that NobleClean may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), our scheduling and customer-management software (Housecall Pro), email and phone providers, and Google (fonts, reCAPTCHA) — and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices & California rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We do not sell personal information and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Security

Forms are submitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers using industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
