Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. NobleClean SF is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in California. Our commercial general liability policy carries limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, and we carry workers' compensation coverage. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and a W-9 on request, so your procurement team has what it needs to onboard us as a vendor.
Who will actually be cleaning our space?
NobleClean's own team. Every cleaner is trained to our checklist and fully covered by our insurance. We keep crews consistent, so you see the same familiar faces on your account — and everyone working under our name is held to the same standard.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is nightly or after-hours janitorial, so your team walks into a clean space each morning without a cleaning crew disrupting the workday. Day-porter and on-site daytime coverage are available where you need them.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Commercial cleaning is priced per square foot and per visit, based on your space, frequency, and scope. Rather than quote sight-unseen, we do a short walkthrough and send a written scope and firm price within 48 hours — a real number finance can plan around, with no hidden fees.
Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?
Yes. We're a certified California Green Business and use EPA-approved, eco-safe products with no harsh chemicals — safe for your team, your clients, and any pets on site. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
Do you clean homes too?
Yes. NobleClean started in Bay Area homes and still offers recurring house cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleaning. For homes we can quote from a quick 5-minute virtual walkthrough — no in-person visit needed. See

How quickly can you start?
Most clients are on the schedule within a week of first contact. After the walkthrough and an approved proposal, onboarding is quick, and we can accommodate urgent starts when a space needs coverage right away.
